Batch prime both. Like i said the keg carbonated but the bottles. I never use twist caos. Seal was good. For the barley,i used swing caps and seal was good. Both batch aged for 3 months.

Just like Idigg, mines dry hopping and i got 1.093 > 1.012 = 10.8% and the samplke was delicious. had to subtitute Summit for Columbus and Amarillo for centennial. Damn i really wish i had amarillo :(

Second update. After a week, the og went from 1.040 to 1.014. The sample tasted great without any sour taste or bad odor so everything went well.

Small update:

There's fermentation(YES) The kraussen is a thin bubbly layer on top. The 5l of brown stuff is down to a 1/4". All seems well.:D

Ok it's been more than 15 hours. There was small whitish spots on the surface and the yeast was at the bottom. So i reshaked it to give it more oxygen and see if it can help.
