I added mine to secondary so 99% of fermentation...

I added mine to secondary so 99% of fermentation was complete. I carb stouts on the low side so less than 5 oz for 5 gallon

You could pitch it in a small amount of starter wort in a sanitized growler and cover with sanitzed foil the night before.

Redhook bottles

I'm out of town and stopped to get a six pack. I got redhook with the snub nose bottles. Has anyone tried to cap them? Wasn't sure if the double lever capper would work on the short neck.
