Unless you fermenter at some crazy low temp you probably hit your fg or got darn close in that one week. So moving to secondary didnt ruin anything! Ive brewed about 10 batches and only seen airlock...

To be clear, you have taken multiple readings right? Does the yeast cake on the bottom look rather thin? Or normal? Just trying to make sure the measurements are being taken correctly.

Star-San for sanitizing. The only thing I can think of is that I didn't actually "clean" the tubing since it was new, but I rinsed with hot water for a while before sanitizing
