Yeah, it'll be just as great as if you had aged it in the fridge, if not better because the yeast will be more active at the higher temperature.

Looks good, that ring of CO2 bubbles on the edges is a sign of yeast activity. Also, the foamy stuff on the top looks like a light krausen forming.

Yup the same temperatures would apply so 151F would work just fine. You can use a higher saccharification temperature if you want to end up with a sweeter beer, lower if you want a drier one....
