The blend is a come and go kind if thing. My local store tends to order a lot of apple juice as we wipe them out weekly! You will gave to let me know of any crazy blends you come up with!

I would still do a secondary after adding the coffee. Anyone who is a coffee drinker will tell you that if you let coffee sit for a little you will get sediment. Do a secondary for a couple days...

Do not worry.... It may take a couple of days to start up try moving to warmer area. The instructions for thoes are 3 lbs of sugar in a 1 gallon jug and top off with water

1. 1 week primary and then dry hop for two to three weeks in secondary

2lbs fresh cherries at 30 min
