My only experience thus far has been a combination of Simcoe and Amarillo in an IPA / Pale I made.

I think the keg lasted 3 weeks? Needless to say, it was forking delicious.

I'm sorry to say, but my 2 pennies would say dump it.

Sure, it sucks, but its well worth the peace of mind if you dump it vs. the risk of injuring yourself / someone if something freakish happens....

Beano will ferment your beer very, very dry and continues to eat away sugars to the detriment.

You're better off doing something like a session beer: Orfy's Mild Manner...
