Not sure my last batch I used montroche yeast and it was clearly done after 2 weeks and I let is clear for another 2 weeks. This s-04 is not settling out as much.

I have a 5 gallon batch of cider that has been going for 3 weeks. Used 1 lb of sugar to boos the og to 1.060. Gravity is now down to 1.010. Will this ferment much more or am I good to cold crash it...
