This might be a bit much and really thin out the beer. Maybe 5-10% of the bill, plus you have the honey malt to, which will impart some flavor. Maybe just half a pound to 1/3 lb?

I have had good results with the Wyeast on 3 separate occasions. It really needs a cold crash though, mine did not flocc well. I personally dont care that much so it didnt bother me.
