I love the little 5 cf freezers, they can usually be had for peanuts on C'list. With a very tall collar, and external CO2, they are quite roomy. At least 3 cornies, maybe even with the co2 inside....

Agreed, a simple sparge, or topping up the kettle after the mash prior to pulling the bag will gain you more volume.

Try a 30 minute mash and a 30 minute boil to shave another hour off the brew...
