I could care less about style. It's malted wheat. I'm thinking Of doing an ale with Columbus for bittering and willamette for flavor/aroma.

So I had an IPA that was kegged for 3-4 weeks waiting for room in my kegerator to open up for it. Before I kegged the beer and up until I put the keg in the fridge the beer was relatively clear....

It tasted great when I sampled it at bottling, but I just bottled it so I'm not sure yet. I ended up using wyeast 3711, and dumping the tank 7 dregs because someone told me it was champagne yeast.

I brewed mine to 77ibu's with both the chinook and centennial, which in hindsight seems like way to much. If i did it again i would probably drop it down to the 30-40 range.
