Help with Willamette...too soon?

Don't have much experience growing hops. Planted some Willamette last year and they didn't do much, but grew some (no cones). Trimmed em back in the fall. Well, they are starting to go crazy right...

There is really not a lot of yeast in Krausen...just wort protein and hop residue, some yeast but not enough to effect fermentation. Your beer should be fine.

Some breweries use open fermentation, meaning the CO2 layer protects the beer from O2. Headspace is not a concern for primary, only secondary. Brew on!
