Thanks guys, what temps do u guys recommend? Also what type of ale yeasts have you tried? I have 4 bottles left that i havent opened, ill try letting them sit a little longer before trying them.

Does this wine give off alot of heat in the taste? If so can i avoid tis by changing something? Also i was told not to leave on the peels due to pesticide? What are your thoughts?

Its been bottled for 2 wks at room temp and i opened one to see and there was no carbonation, also the cider tastes like mild jack daniels hahaha... Tis was my first attempt but im still lightly...
