oh, its not a dry yeast. i saw the bit about rehydrating dry yeast but since its one of the wyeast smack packs, i felt i should ask just to clarify. its a riesling type wine yeast i think... anyway....

there is a definite difference between NB's crushed vs. whole grains, but the crushed ones are really not crushed ENOUGH.
