How did you ferment your beer? I usually do 2 weeks at low 60s, then lager at ~35ish for 3-4 weeks in a new vessel. Comes out very clear.

Just because you force carb, doesn't mean you can't let it sit to age afterwards. But for your original question, add priming sugar just like you were bottling and move it to a keg instead of bottles.

Either way - I came up with ~16 IBUs if the extra DME was added, which by the way gave me an OG of 1.095, so not too high. And ~24 IBUs with the DME not added, and an OG of 1.070.
