Entering a competition. 60 Shiling or 70 Shilling?

So, I made a scottish ale. OG was 1.034 so I was thinking I'd enter it as a 60 shilling. However at bottling I found the FG to have settled at 1.014 (Probably fermented a bit too cool.)
