I've been using 3oz priming sugar for my 5gal kegs, but they are nowhere near ready in 10-14 days. I am using 4+ for my next batch. Hopefully that does it.

Any of them! Manny's Pale is an unfiltered pale and found everywhere. Mac n Jack African amber is decent. LOTS of good local brews. Too many to name. Just drink any of the local stuff.

I recently picked up one of the BB Imperial Nut...

I recently picked up one of the BB Imperial Nut Brown kits and am looking to brew it in the next day or so. Did you all do a 2.5 gal boil as the directions suggest or did you just do a 5 gal?
