A proper sized starter is one of the best things you can do for your beer. If you have time, I'd recommend it. It's much cheaper than buying more yeast packs.

With a low OG like that, most any yeast will do. Just a little is fine: a quarter of a package or less, or a bit of a starter poured off for whatever your next brew is.
