Help convert my extract recipe to all grain

I have a great extract IPA that I've brewed many times and everyone really enjoys it. I haven't brewed it since I went all grain and obviously want to do my best to replicate it with my new system....

I used .5oz of Cascade in a 3 gallon batch for 7 days. The aroma was a strong grassy hay smell initially but it's tapered off since then and is now just about what I was going for.

I have some 5 gallon carboys and a corny keg I'm looking to flip for a wort chiller. Perhaps a carboy and the keg for a chiller or two carboys.

Tried the first bottle of my batch last night and it turned out great. It smelled like grass and hay and had a very slight hop taste to it with great apple notes.
