WB-06 is more of a hefe-weizen yeast strain. US-05 will keep it cleaner, and allow the malt and hops stand out more. I don't think it will turn out bad, just different.

Haven't had it (or the real Two Hearted for that matter), but it's an all-Centennial hopped IPA, so I can't see how it could possibly be bad.

A few weeks later, and this beer has improved quite a bit! The yeasty aftertaste is gone. It is still pretty bitter, but in a good way. And it is crystal clear. It's beautiful-looking.
