I am pretty sure that the sugar will stay in solution if mixed properly as it is water soluble. I would definitely warm it up for at least a week and let it ferment out completely.

NHC First Round Results!!

I just got my score sheets back from my two entrants. Received a 33 on my brown porter and 41 on my northern german alt. The alt advanced to the final round in Grand Rapids!!
