Your LHBS should have large containers used for bulk extract which also can be used for fermentors. I have two myself and they work great. I got mine free and it does not hurt to ask.

Yes I do keg and also dry hop in the keg. How long does your aroma/flavor last in the keg? I seem to only get 2 weeks till is tastes different.

I would recommend some minor amounts of crystal 20, crystal 60, chocolate, cara pils, and some wheat if you are going to brew some hefe. Also honey malt is a favorite of mine as it seems to go well...

Rinse and store. No issues after many brews. Only scrub keggle after pumpkin ale in the fall. Maybie not enough cleaning, but the brew still tastes great. Work smarter not harder!!
