Just brew it yesterday, missed my og 1.050...

Just brew it yesterday, missed my og 1.050 instead of 1.062, and went with ardennes yeast.really active fermentation this morning,@ 26 deg Celsius...
Will see how it turns!!!

More than a month now and it is perfect.carbonation is spot on and despite the low FG it is awsome.
Nice creamy head,malty flavor with a touch of plum.

For liquid malt extract (LME) the coopers cans you can get are 3.3lbs,around 1.5kg.
So when the recipe call for 6lbs of LME just get 2 cans of coopers,it'll be be more around 6.6lbs...
