If you put in Amylase after primary fermentation...

If you put in Amylase after primary fermentation it breaks down the left over starches making them fermentable. So it cuts down on carbs but it also cuts calories which is all I truly care about.

I actually thought Old Fezziwig was one of the better from the Winter Sampler. I wasn't a big fan of the White Christmas one though. I guess that is why there is so many kinds of beer.

Congrats. My biggest piece of advice to any first timer is learn from my mistake and keep fermenting temps under control. My first was way to hot and I poured some out just to get rid of it.
