I couldn't get all of the kegs to sit below the lid, so I added a 2x8 collar around the rim of the freezer.... think that puts my kegs right on the evaporator loop? Thanks for tip on not submerging...

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll take a look at them. If I do go plate chiller, definitely using air to dry out before storage. This summer has been brutally humid... had to bleach and pressure wash...
