Try giving the fermenter a swirl, do not shake it, just swirl it, give it a few and see if it will start...

Personally, I don't care for the higher temps. I like the 60-65 range much better. I've had better results.

If the beer is carbed up, it really shouldn't matter though.

Well I'm not really sure if the liquid is.. I made a son of fermentation chiller, so the box has been sitting at 65 for the whole 10 days now. I'm pretty sure the liquid is 65 if not very close.
