No, unless you cold crash before fermentation has finished...which you obviously want to avoid. Once your gravity is stable you can go ahead and cold crash which will have no affect on the alcohol...

The first pour from a keg will almost always have sediment. Mine usually ruin clear after just a few ounces. I just discard it and then pure my pint. Definitely make sure your lines are clean though.
