I do a simcoe pale ale that has simcoe at 15,10,0 and DH and it is always a crowd pleaser. My grain bill is less complicated than what you have here but I say go for it, should be a great beer.

I was lucky to find 2-3gallon kegs at a swap meet for 20 bucks each. They were just about brand new with no dents or dings. Sometimes you just have to be in the right place at the right time.
