The 1lb of honey would be interesting. I wouldn't use the Citra at 45. Swap the 10 min .5 oz centennial with the 45 minute addition or move the addition time to change your IBUs. Citra is better...

If you're putting beer directly into the barrel then give it a few rinses with hot water to clean...
