Thanks for the feedback, it's my attempt at a bourbon ale. The fg should have been 1.016 as assumed. It's sitting on some charred oak chips that were soaked in bourbon.

I would also recommend only 1 vanilla bean. 1-2 is standard for a 5 gallon batch. Once you add too much vanilla you cant go back.
