I keep my beer fridge at 40, so I can lager 2 cornies on the bottom of that while still holding lots of bottles. I know that's warm for lagering, but the beers have come out super awesome...

I use well oversized hop bags, don't see how that would have a huge effect in reducing isomerization. If you use pellets, I don't think they would clog the valve, it's sizeable and I've done it...
