Let us know how it goes! I just planted two rhizomes this year. Didn't grow that much this first year (as expected) but still lookin' healthy.

I was in the same boat with mine about a year into it. Pretty good but just not that sour. Added Supplication and one other's (I think La Roja) dregs and gave it another 6 months and it turned out...

William's Brewing has a variety of extracts as well, including oatmeal stout. They don't give an exact breakdown of what grains are mashed to make it though, unfortunately. Might be worth a shot...

Others might chime in with some more specific advice, but I think you'll have a hard time converting this to extract. I would suggest doing a mini-mash with those specialty...

From what I understand the only beer they bottle with bugs is Supplication, the rest just get WLP530 or similar at bottling. Not to say you won't pick up a few bugs from it but I pitched some...

Is the sorghum flavor pronounced very much? I like the idea of upping the ABV a bit but was thinking of experimenting with different sugars instead. I'll have some extra after I brew a gluten-free...
