For a 5 gallon batch, use a 6 gallon Winpak if you plan to ferment in the Winpak. Otherwise use the 5 gallon.

Note; the rectangular ones with the secondary small hole aren't good for no-chill....

The buckets will work for no-chill, but a glass carboy will shatter and a Better Bottle will melt.

I have back problems, so I use two- 2 1/2" gallon cubes. It makes it much easier to handle....
