The only honey I use is Leighton’s Orange Blossom Honey.

I did a couple APA/IPA and added honey to the hops>(drizzed the hops before bagging) then added to the keg. A couple days later the honey was really coming thur in the beer, Mmm good stuff indeed.

I always tell new brewers to stash a 6pk away for long term aging if only to see how your beers change over time. But it also will show how your brewing skills are getting better with each new batch.
