i made a brown ale (based off of caribou but used some additional grains aswell) and fermented it w/ washed denny's-... primary samples are amazing!

give it a go, i doubt you'll be disappointed.

fine i'll say it rolling rock, pbr, maybe miller light, then yuengiling (over did it on that one). that's if we're considering macro-brewed lagers.

resturant brewery not being used???

i've been really troubled by this lately-... in the town i grew up in there is what i could consider to be a "cursed resturant". it originally opened as a belgain resturant who dubbel'd as a brewery....

@ about 72deg. it was brewed just before christmas. i racked to secondary late and haven't really had the heart to mess with it aside from some toasted oak chips.
