Bottling Belgian Tripel

I brewed my first AG using BIAB. Brewed a Belgian Tripel....go big or go home. Wort tasted fantastic. I brewed 2/2/13 and it has been in the secondary since 3/2/13. OG was 1.070 and I believe 1.01...

Thanks everyone for info and laughs. It actually is my 'bottling' bucket and never been used as fermenter. I had wine in that bucket. Fermenters are already on Christmas list ;)

I'd love to post the recipe but I bought a "kit" from the HBS and added my own twists just to see how it turned out. Doing their kit is boring. We added the chips and irish yeast to spice it up....

Stir Yeast?

oh sorry i was going to add the peach flavoring at bottling, that way I can bottle a few w/o the peach and taste the difference. It's a compilation of me reading too much and the LBHS recommendations.
