Yes, it is required that you purchase a regular ticket to be able to attend the farm to table. For my hotel, I ended up going with the Crowne Plaza. Their Brewer's Association rate for the weekend...

Hello.

I am planning on doing a Raspberry ale next weekend and I was hoping to get some advice on my recipe. I don't want to make a raspberry wheat, more of a smooth pale ale with raspberries....

I've used 3/8" tubing with carboys a few times, and they haven't clogged up or needed cleaning. I just let it be until the fermentation has calmed down, and then replace with an airlock.

Ah, I see... so you're saying that with the same grain bill, the FG will be the same no matter what the efficiency/OG? I use beer tools to do my recipe calculations.
