Exactly what I was shooting for with the beer. I love malt and I like hops, so just bring em both together in a reasonably sessionable brew. Glad you enjoy it.

What did the grape juice concentrate come from? I haven't dabbled with grapes yet, besides what are off my vine. As long as you used proper sanitary practices and such you should be safe.

That's what I've been looking into also. I've never used carapils for body, I've messed with flaked oats in stouts but didn't think that would be appropriate for a Pale Ale.

If your keezer has room cold crash the beer for a few days, then transfer to a keg. A month in primary and there really is no reason to secondary unless you are dry hopping or bulk aging.
