May have ruined a batch...I left a bourbon barrel porter in perfect condition at my parents house to ferment on 1/10/13 as I didn't have room in the car to transport it back home until 1/14/13...well...

hey guys any technique advice for dry hopping, it's a Pliny The Elder clone. Primary fermentation is done now so I'm ready to move on to the next steps...Should I rack then dry hop?

Mash tun

My 6 1/2 gallon carboy has about 4 1/2 gallons fermenting in it right now, maybe less, should I just let it be?
