My beers are brilliantly clear at cellar temps, but cloudy if I put it them the fridge. What causes this? I know it doesn't effect the flavor, but I'm a perfectionist, and it's going to piss me off...

Take gravity readings to make sure they are done....

Take gravity readings to make sure they are done. If they are, then cooling them will not hurt the beer. Also, if the beers are "well past" the initial phase of fermentation, the heat won't hurt it...
