It would be such a waste to dump that beer. With the fairly low IBU of that beer, you have a chance for something nice.

Everyone brewd a batch for it. They can pull some anytime ONLY if they bring enough to replace it. Mind the angels share. Unless you keep it full to top, I wouldn't bother.

I seem to have a knack for Belgians and for some reason IPAs. I rarely drink IPAs, but when I brew one I prefer it over comercial examples.
