I'd try and do my own recipe. An APA sounds great. Brew it up a few times on your own 5 gl system. Work out all the bugs to your liking. Then scale it up to 15 gl. Just a thought.

Never had any sulfur with this yeast. I found it did a great job. Better results than using us-05, which is a great yeast as well.
