Look for Full Sail's Berliner Weisse. Pretty dang good, and over in Oregon it's 4 bucks a bomber at Safeway. Also, next summer, try to find Festina Peche from Dogfish Head. Also an amazing beer.

I'd go with a blow off tube. Even if you could've gotten away with it, it really isn't worth the hassle of cleaning up krausen off your walls, floor, ceiling, everywhere. I do it for all of my beers...

It was like drinking liquid smoke. Was struggling through the whole thing. On a good note, it smelled amazing. Definitely a novelty beer, only to be tried once.

I've just read posts where stones become old and clogged and eventually stop working. Just thinking of alternatives on the off chance this happens, and at 5 bucks for 3 stones, it's not a bad deal....
