Some browning of my cones

Hello.
I just harvested a bunch of hops today. Some of the cones have some parts that have browned. Are they still OK to use or should I chuck the ones that have browned a bit?

I have 3 kegs with the tops cut off and drilled 3 holes in each. One for the temp gauge, one for a sightglass, and one for a ball valve for drain. My wife purchased the sightglasses & temp guages...
