I do run run in manual/off/auto (bcs) mode with my switches. I think you're missing the pieces recommended for safety with using the SSRs and Contactors while working with high voltage.

Need Help tuning BCS Probes

I'm looking for help or guidance as to how to fine tune my BCS probes.
Currently with default settings I show about a 4-5 degree variance as well as my temp readings off between 7-10 degrees.

That's easy enough to try. It appears just having the pumps plugged into the AUX outlets with contactors is enough to make the leakage either go away or be reduced enough to not light the lamp.

Roger at Metal Joining is certified for sanitary, and higher. All my welds were back gassed welded inside and out. Spike's are only welded on the outside of the kettle.
