Those "ovens" are the same as are used to make roasted barley, chocolate malt, black patent malt and the carafa type malts...

To my knowledge, none of the barley that's commercially available is malted, you'll have to malt it. That being said, it's not hard to do if you have a large enough oven and don't mind leaving it on...
