Hi all,

I'm a long time beer brewer, about to bottle my first wine (Old Vine Zin). I plan to put at least SOME in 12 oz beer bottles for smaller portions. I just ordered some cork-lined caps...

Or the third option, which works like a charm. Get a buddy to pour in the grain as you pour the water from the opposite side of the tun. "Cross the streams" and you almost don't have to mix at all....

Yeah it's pretty crazy! I just harvested my hops so I'm drying them with the help of the dehumidifier. I have it cranked as low as it'll go and I have to empty it 3 times in 2 days. Doesn't help...
