I'm thinking more like keg it and drink it fast. Rack from above the trub and under the infection, take what you can. If it's drinkable, carb it up and go at it.

Exhaust Fan vs DeHumidifier

Cost wise, not sure there is much difference. Definitely easier to use a dehumidifier. How different is it from making a mondo pot of soup and you don't have the commercial hood sucking out the steam?

Well, the spider mites would flourish due to lack of predators, thanks to the Sevin. I had hops in the greenhouse last year, bombed everything with Sevin, ended up with nothing for my troubles....

You just need a bit of copper somewhere else for visual balance. Bang out a copper lid for the pot or put copper pipe over the handle for the cart. (in your spare time) :)

Tea was cooled to room temp - it's been two weeks.
The tea still smells awesome, nothing bad happening in there but nothing good...
