I have the barbs for the kegs but not the pump. I'd love the camlocks and will get them eventually. I would need them for the kegs themselves and the hose correct? And how much do they usually run?...

Use so5 and s04 together for Irish Red

I harvested some so4 from a porter last week. I just finished and Irish Red. I thought I had more than one smack pack of so5 but apparently I dont. What do you think about mixing the two?

So I was wondering how you all take your mash temperature. Where do you put the probe to get your measurement? I get different readings depending on where it is. Obviously hotter up top and cooler...
