Ok, so go to to database>equipment>add equipment and set up your profile. Then go into your recipe and hold down on the "equipment" bar, it should bring up a menu of saved equipment sets.

I made an American Amber Ale last friday and used almost 3 oz of el dorado in it. They smell fantastic, very fruity, like watermelon candy. I'm excited to see how they come out :D

WTF is this??

I brewed an American Amber this past Friday with White Lab's WLP090. I made a starter 2 days before, pitched and didn't see any activity until yesterday when I noticed an inch or so of krausen....

I think your only issue would be if the plastics...

I think your only issue would be if the plastics could take the heat of hot wort from the kettle without melting or oozing into your brew.
