Haven't had a chance to read this whole thread, but how long can you keep the washed yeast in the fridge for?

when reusing yeast do you need to up in alochol?

A couple of brew together, and we are trying to figure out if after we rack a beer off a yeast and then add a new wort to the cake: Do you need to go up in alcohol when doing?
We are making ~5%...

From my experimenting with the hefe yeasts (and I'm the opposote, I want banana heavy and subtle clove) the Wyeast Bavarian 3638 is lotsa clove. The Wyeast 3068 and the White Labs 300 are the same...
